12 Labors Project: Pull-ups (NOVICE)
The Test of Might (TOM). Determines which plan best fits your fitness level
-The test is easy--Do as many pullups as you can.
-Do the pullups correctly. Only count the pullups in which you managed to raise your chin above the bar. Don't cheat yourself. If done correctly, you should be completely exhausted.
* rest before and after the test for at least 2 days*
Based on the results of the TOM choose one of three Fit Plans (Novice, Hero, Legend).
NOVICE: less than 5 pullups in the TOM
HERO: 5-9 pullups in the TOM
LEGEND: 10+ pullups in the TOM
