Welcome to the Share It Fitness strength based class page. These classes are specially focused on helping you build and tone your muscles. A strong and well-built physique is the core to any healthy body. Strength classes use a variety of resistance tools, ranging from dumbbells to resistance bands to your own bodyweight to help you burn those muscles out. While classes are listed from beginner to advanced, any class can be made more difficult by simply increasing the weight used. Now jump right in and get your pump on today!

Full Body Dumbbell Blast
Casey is back with this engaging dumbbell class centered around using compound movements.
