Share It Fitness BodyFit Challenges are where you match up against a Share It Fitness trainer and show what you are made of. You’ll be trying to beat your trainer’s time as you make your way through these workouts. Remember to pay attention to your form so you’re not cheating yourself. Body fit challenges are a great way to gauge your progress and see how far you’ve come, or how far you still need to go. These workouts typically incorporate a variety of strength and cardio elements making them the ultimate challenge!

This Bodyfit challenge makes use of dumbbell swings, hanging leg raises, and burpees, among other exercises, to provide a serious test. With our Bodyfit Challenges, try to keep pace with, or beat your trainer's best time through this routine. Always keep proper form and continue working until you’re able to keep pace throughout. Great way to start or end a workout if you don’t want to compete for time.

Another race against Alex in this intense Bodyfit Challenge. Always keep good form as you try to beat Alex through this routine. Dumbbell cleans, core work, and plyometric movements make this a tough workout. For more advanced exercisers who are able to keep pace with Alex, take a 90-second break after completing the routine, then do it all again. Work your way up to 5 total circuits.
