I just finished part one of Total Body Blitz and have seen some spectacular results. I was nervous starting the program, I thought it was going to be too hard and that I'd just quit. I have a basic level of fitness, but I have never been able to stick to a program.
This program is very tough, but it is also flexible to your fitness level. I found that each week we repeated an exercise I was much stronger and more capable. It was incredibly encouraging and I am thrilled with the difference.
