SIF has been a huge help to me. I finished my 5th pregnancy in October.  My oldest is only 6. I have been using your workouts and nutrition advice and I look and feel better than ever.  I am 36 and every one told me I'd never get my pre-baby body back.  They were right-- it is actually much much better! I used to always  be 'skinny fat' but now I am full fledged fit. Ihave people stop me at the grocery store all the time because they can't believe all the children are mine and ask me how I stay in shape. Every day I can't believe it and to think that when I started I couldn't even do 1 crunch without assistance. The game changer for me was The Point Workouts. After about 8 weeks my results were so great that I was motivated to stick with it. It was also great to see how hard I needed to work if I was going to get the results I wanted.

I just finished part one of Total Body Blitz and have seen some spectacular results. I was nervous starting the program, I thought it was going to be too hard and that I'd just quit. I have a basic level of fitness, but I have never been able to stick to a program. 

This program is very tough, but it is also flexible to your fitness level. I found that each week we repeated an exercise I was much stronger and more capable. It was incredibly encouraging and I am thrilled with the difference.

I started the total body blitz program 5 weeks ago, and I just finished the first week in part 2.  I have attached pictures of the results I have seen because of this program (and a good diet), the set on the left were taken before starting week 1 part 1.  The pictures on the right were taken after finishing part 1.  I am amazed at the results, especially in the cut.  I would recommend this workout to anyone and everyone!

So, I've finally discovered what Pilates is. And it isn't intimidating but something I can do to tone and relax whenever I want to. What a gift. As your baby boomer membership increases, the options for easy to follow and non-joint stressing exercise options  in the privacy of your own home should render excuses obsolete.  Thanks !

I have been following the blog for about a month now and love all the tools you have to offer! I can't wait to see the site grow. Today I did the Vinaysa Flow Yoga - Hips and IT Band Focus video, it was wonderful! My sciatic nerve runs through my buttocks muscle on the left side and it gives me hip and low back pain. This was a great way to relax it. I look forward to growing with the site!

I've been an avid follower of your blog for 2 years now, and have used so many of the workout programs you've just given away for free.  This site is such an amazing addition to your arsenal of fitness advice and tools, and I'm enjoying the heck out of it so far.  Great job and can't wait to see how the site evolves!
